Course Description

ERASMUS+ French Language: Cuisine et Gastronomie

The language development programmes use a communicative approach, with students encouraged and assisted to utilise the language they’ve learnt. This includes all facets of the French language. Individual and group work, conversations, debates, roleplays, presentations, and written projects are all part of the classroom work.

Participants are encouraged to actively discuss their own views and experiences in a supportive environment while building networks with other foreign students.

In the afternoon workshops, participants learn how to prepare a comprehensive dinner through cooking sessions. Recipes, cooking skills, specialised terminology, and related cultural artefacts boost student motivation while also being immediately applicable in the language classroom.
