French in Normandy, Rouen, France (PIC 932062428) works in close partnership with Shadows Professional Development for Europe PIC (949086219). Our Erasmus+ Teacher Training courses are held at the school in Rouen.
We are Erasmus+ School specialists. Shadows has over 20 years’ experience in Comenius/Erasmus+ Course Provision, leadership and management of large scale projects (school and international), and E.U. Project assessment:
- 5 Comenius Regio projects, 2 recommended as “exemplary” and used as models in Brussels: Migrant Education, CLIL, Continuous Teacher Professional Development, Earth Charter Ecology and Learning to Learn.
- A Multilateral bid worth E290,000 (19 European partners) and 5 successful School Partnerships
- Guidance of schools’ KA1 applications – more than 1.5 million Euros Erasmus + grants won or 2014-2018

Erasmus + French Teacher Training Course Descriptions
EPFR1 Intensive French language
This course is of significant benefit to teachers who are non-native speakers of French who are required or intend to teach French or a subject through French (CLIL) as well as those planning to start teaching French. It is also beneficial to other school educational staff, those who need to develop their language skills to study relevant literature or publications in French, anyone who needs to work on projects/exchange programmes/committees with an international dimension and those who need to liaise with French-speaking colleagues, counterparts or parents.

EPFR2 Methodology of Teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE)
This course is of significant benefit to teachers and other professionals who:
- Need to upskill their French language teaching techniques for CLIL
